Initially, the creation of this blog came about the necessity to further my studies in graphic design. As with CSS Zen Garden , the idea was to take a block of code and play around with it. The standard xml template of Blogger provides great possibilities for this purpose.

Anyone interested is invited to check the source code. Tips or suggestions are always greatly appreciated.

As a secondary exercise, the main concept was to revamp the classic mixed tape which has now taken the form of eternal playlists and sketchy "mash-ups". The question is: Can a song taken out of the context of its album survive on its own and if so, how well can it relate to others?

All mp3 files will have their original ID3 tags modified so that they all have the same information and cover in order to avoid them spreading around into different artist categories in your IPOD. Reuploads upon request.
